Trim: Use this button to set the elevator trim. When the button is grey, the stick behaves normally. If it is green, the stick is in trim mode and moving up/down on the pitch axis works like a trim control, setting the position of the elevator trim in very fine increments. When it is red, the trim setting is locked and the stick works the same as normal except that when released, the pitch axis returns to your selected trim position instead of zero.
